Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all postgraduate training Programs offered by StructureX Pvt. Ltd. (“StructureX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Programs delivered under the Structural Design, BIM & Management, and Infra & Bridge clusters, whether via structured e-learning access, live classes, or both. This page should be read together with our full Terms & Conditions (link to main T&C page).

1. Installment Plans

Where a Learner opts to pay in installments, StructureX offers a 2-Term Plan (60% at enrollment, 40% before the Program’s midpoint) or a 3-Term Plan (40% at enrollment, 30% around the midpoint, 30% before the concluding modules), as made available for the relevant Program. Refund eligibility below applies regardless of which plan is chosen, based on the total fee paid to date.

2. Refund Policy for Programs with E-Learning Access

(Applies to Programs where structured e-learning Platform content is provided as part of the curriculum.)

Tier 1 — Cooling-Off Window: Cancel within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided no e-learning content has been accessed → full refund, less any payment gateway or bank charges actually incurred.

Tier 2 — Limited Access Window Less than 20% of e-learning lessons accessed, and refund requested within 15 calendar days of enrollment → 50% refund of fees paid. (Percentage accessed is determined from Platform activity records.)

Tier 3 — Beyond the Threshold Once 20%+ of lessons have been accessed, or 15 days have passed (whichever comes first) → non-refundable, except where StructureX fails to deliver the Program substantially as advertised.

Note: E-learning Platform access is the core paid deliverable of the Program. Live classes are a complimentary supplement; rescheduling or reduction in live-class frequency does not, by itself, affect refund eligibility under the Tiers above.

3. Refund Policy for Programs Without E-Learning Access

(Applies to Programs delivered solely through live classes — e.g., Highway Infrastructure, Highway Engineering & BIM Management — where no structured e-learning content is provided.)

Tier 1: Cancel within 7 calendar days, before the first live class → full refund, less gateway/bank charges.

Tier 2: Fewer than 8-10 hr. of scheduled live classes conducted, refund requested within 15 days → 50% refund.

Tier 3:  8-10 hr+ of scheduled live classes conducted, or 15 days elapsed (whichever first) → non-refundable, except for substantial non-delivery.

4. Live Class Delivery Shortfall

Since live classes are a complimentary supplement to e-learning access (for Programs that include it) and not independently paid for, routine rescheduling or reduced frequency does not entitle a Learner to a refund, provided e-learning access and doubt-session support continue as scheduled.

However, if StructureX conducts no live classes at all for a batch within 60 days of that batch’s scheduled start, or delivers less than 30% of the promised live-class hours, the Learner may report this in writing. StructureX will, at its discretion, either (a) provide additional make-up/doubt sessions, or (b) issue a partial refund of up to 20% of the total Program fee.

5. Program Cancellation or Postponement by StructureX

If StructureX cancels or indefinitely postpones a Program, Learners are offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer of fees to an alternate batch/Program of equivalent value — regardless of which refund Tier would otherwise apply.

6. Course Start Delay (New/Upcoming Batches)

For Programs where e-learning content is still being finalized at the time of enrollment, live classes may take 45–60 days to commence. Learners are informed of this at the time of application and may choose to proceed on this basis or defer enrollment. If the Program has not commenced within 60 days of enrollment, the Learner is entitled to a full refund, without deduction of any processing fee.

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, under any Tier or clause above, are processed to the original mode of payment within 60–90 working days of approval.

8. Payment Suspension for Missed Installments

If an installment is not paid by its due date, StructureX may suspend the Learner’s access to the e-learning Platform and live classes without prior notice. Access is restored only once all outstanding installments (plus any applicable late fee) are paid in full, within the Program’s overall timeline. Suspension for non-payment does not extend the Program’s schedule, content-access window, or certification deadlines, and does not by itself create any additional refund entitlement.
