Terms & Conditions

Governing All PG Training Programs
“These Terms should be read together with our general [Website Terms & Conditions].”

Effective Date: [03/08/2026]

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in, and participation in, any postgraduate training program offered by StructureX Pvt. Ltd. (“StructureX,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including programs delivered under the Structural Design, BIM & Management, and Infra & Bridge clusters, and any associated learning platform including academy.structurex.live.

By submitting an enrollment application, making payment, or accessing any StructureX course material, learning platform, or live/recorded session, the individual enrolling (“Learner,” “Student,” “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or access any StructureX program.

These Terms apply uniformly across all nine postgraduate programs currently offered by StructureX, unless a specific program page or enrollment agreement expressly states otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the term “PG Program” or “Postgraduate Program” in a Program’s name denotes a professional training and skill-development course, and does not mean, and should not be understood as, a Post Graduate Diploma, degree, or any other qualification recognized, approved, or accredited by the UGC, AICTE, or any other statutory/government regulatory body.

2. Definitions

  • “Program” means any postgraduate training course offered by StructureX, including but not limited to High Rise & Tall Structure, RCC Structure, Steel Structure & BIM Technology, BIM Civil Advance, BIM MEPF, BIM Management, Project Management & BIM, Bridge Design & BrIM, Highway Infrastructure, and Highway Engineering & BIM Management.
  • “Platform” means the Learning Management System hosted at academy.structurex.live and any associated mobile or web application used to deliver Program content.
  • “Content” means all recorded lectures, live sessions, study material, templates, design files, software workflows, assignments, and assessments provided as part of a Program.
  • “Certificate” means the completion or participation certificate issued by StructureX on satisfactory completion of a Program.

3. Enrollment & Eligibility

  1. Enrollment in any Program is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee (in full or as per an agreed installment schedule) and written confirmation from StructureX.
  2. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the relevant Program (typically a background in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or a related discipline). StructureX reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify eligibility.
  3. Information provided at the time of enrollment (name, contact details, qualification, employer, etc.) must be accurate. StructureX is not responsible for delivery failures, certificate errors, or communication gaps arising from incorrect information supplied by the Learner.
  4. StructureX reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrollment at its discretion, including where a Program has reached capacity, prior to the commencement of the Program, with a full refund of fees paid in such cases.
  5. For Programs where the e-learning Platform content has not yet been fully published or finalized at the time of a Learner’s enrollment, StructureX will make reasonable efforts to commence live classes for that Program within 45 to 60 days from the date of enrollment.
  6. At the time of application, the Learner will be given a clear choice to either (a) proceed with enrollment on this basis, accepting that live classes for the Program may commence within the 45–60 day window stated above, or (b) defer enrollment until e-learning content and a confirmed batch start date are available.
  7. Where a Learner has chosen to proceed under point 6 above and the Program has not commenced within 60 days from the date of enrollment, the Learner shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid for that Program, without deduction of any processing fee.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  1. Program fees are as displayed on structurex.live / academy.structurex.live at the time of enrollment, or as communicated directly by a StructureX representative.

4.1 Installment Plan Options

Where a Learner opts to pay in installments rather than in full at enrollment, StructureX offers the following standard plans, as made available for the relevant Program at the time of enrollment:

  • 2-Term Plan: 60% of the total fee payable at the time of enrollment, and the remaining 40% payable on or before a due date communicated to the Learner at enrollment, which will ordinarily fall before the midpoint of the Program’s scheduled duration.
  • 3-Term Plan: 40% of the total fee payable at the time of enrollment, 30% payable on or before a due date falling around the midpoint of the Program, and the final 30% payable on or before a due date falling before the Program’s concluding modules/assessment, each as communicated to the Learner at enrollment.
  1. StructureX reserves the right to determine which installment plan(s), if any, are made available for a given Program or batch, and to require a minimum first installment at the time of enrollment in all cases.
  2. Irrespective of the installment plan chosen, a Learner’s Certificate (see Section 13, Certification) and any project evaluation or assessment result will be withheld until the full Program fee has been paid.
  3. Where installment plans are offered, the Learner agrees to pay each installment by its due date. Continued access to live sessions and Platform content is contingent on installments being current.
  4. If an installment is not paid by its due date, StructureX reserves the right to suspend the Learner’s access to the e-learning Platform and live classes without prior notice. Suspended access will be restored only once all outstanding installments (including any applicable late fee) are paid in full, and provided such payment is made within the overall timeline of the Program; access suspended for non-payment does not extend the Program’s schedule, content-access window, or certification deadlines.
  5. All fees are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, are borne by the Learner unless otherwise stated.
  6. StructureX reserves the right to revise Program fees for future batches at any time; fees already paid for a confirmed enrollment will not be affected by such revisions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tiers 1 through 3 below apply to Programs for which structured e-learning Platform content is provided. For Programs delivered without e-learning Platform content, the alternate refund basis set out in Section 7A applies in place of Tiers 1–3.

5.1 Tier 1 — Cooling-Off Window

  1. A Learner may cancel their enrollment within 7 calendar days of the date of enrollment, provided no e-learning Platform content has been accessed during this period, and shall be entitled to a full refund of fees paid, less any payment gateway or bank charges actually incurred by StructureX.

5.2 Tier 2 — Limited Access Window

  1. Where a Learner has accessed less than 20% of the e-learning lessons for their Program and submits a refund request within 15 calendar days of the date of enrollment, the Learner shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the fees paid for that Program.
  2. The percentage of e-learning lessons accessed shall be determined from the Learner’s activity records on the Platform, which shall be conclusive for the purpose of this clause.

5.3 Tier 3 — Beyond the Threshold

  1. Once a Learner has accessed 20% or more of the e-learning lessons for their Program, or 15 calendar days have elapsed from the date of enrollment (whichever occurs first), fees become non-refundable, except where StructureX is unable to deliver the Program substantially as advertised. As set out in Section 7, e-learning Platform access constitutes the core deliverable of the Program; accordingly, the commencement, rescheduling, or reduction of live classes has no bearing on this refund trigger or on a Learner’s refund eligibility under this Tier.
  2. No refund is provided on account of a Learner’s voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance, or failure to complete assessments once Tier 3 has been reached.

5.4 Program Cancellation by StructureX

  1. In the event StructureX cancels or indefinitely postpones a Program, Learners will be offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer of fees to an alternate batch/Program of equivalent value, irrespective of the Tier otherwise applicable.

5.5 Processing of Refunds

  1. Refunds, where applicable under any Tier above, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days of approval.

5.6 Live Class Delivery Shortfall

  1. As set out in Section 7, live classes are provided as a complimentary supplement to e-learning Platform access and are not independently paid for; accordingly, routine rescheduling, delay, or reduction in the frequency of live classes does not, by itself, entitle a Learner to any refund under this Section, provided e-learning Platform access and doubt-session support continue to be made available as per this policy.
  2. However, where StructureX conducts no live classes at all for a Learner’s batch within 60 days of that batch’s scheduled start date, or conducts less than 30% of the live class hours specified for the Program, the Learner may report the shortfall to StructureX in writing. In such a case, StructureX will, at its discretion, either (a) provide additional doubt-clearing or make-up sessions to offset the shortfall, or (b) issue a partial refund not exceeding 20% of the total Program fee, corresponding to the live-class component of the Program.
  3. This clause does not apply to a Learner who has chosen to follow the e-learning Platform in lieu of live classes under Section 8 (Attendance & Non-Attendance), and is without prejudice to a Learner’s rights under Tier 3 (Section 5.3) where the Program has not been delivered substantially as advertised.

6. Live Class Format & Rules

  1. Live sessions are conducted over standard virtual meeting platforms (such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoho Meeting, or Zoom), as intimated to the Learner before each session.
  2. Learners are advised to join a live session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Entry into a session is not permitted once 10 minutes have elapsed from the scheduled start time.
  3. StructureX reserves the right to change the timing, faculty, or mode of delivery of a live class, in coordination with enrolled Learners, where operationally necessary.

7. E-Learning Access as the Core Deliverable

This Section applies to Programs for which structured e-learning Platform content is provided as part of the curriculum, as indicated on the relevant Program’s enrollment page. For Programs delivered without e-learning Platform content, Section 7A below applies instead. Subject to the foregoing, Learners should note the following regarding the relationship between the Program fee, the e-learning Platform, and live classes:

  1. The Program fee is charged principally for access to the e-learning Platform — including structured recorded curriculum, study material, and scheduled doubt-clearing/appointment sessions — which together constitute the core deliverable of the Program.
  2. Live interactive classes are provided as a complimentary supplement in fulfilment of the Learner’s e-learning Platform access, subject to faculty availability, batch formation, and operational feasibility, and are not a separately guaranteed or independently contracted component of the Program.
  3. The pace, sequence, and duration of live classes are structured for educational demonstration and concept-building, and do not represent or reflect the actual time typically taken to execute a real-world project; actual professional project timelines vary based on project scope, complexity, client requirements, statutory approvals, and other site- or practice-specific factors.
  4. Live classes are not represented, and should not be understood, as covering 100% of a Program’s curriculum. Depending on the Program, certain modules, topics, or sessions are delivered solely through the e-learning Platform (recorded lectures, structured content, and self-paced material) rather than through a live class, and the proportion of live-class coverage may vary across Programs and batches. Learners are advised to rely on the e-learning Platform as the complete and authoritative source of curriculum coverage for their Program.
  5. Any reduction in the number, frequency, or duration of live classes for a batch — provided e-learning Platform access and doubt-session support continue to be made available as per this policy — shall not be treated as a deficiency in service and shall not, by itself, entitle a Learner to a refund or fee adjustment.

7A. Programs Delivered Without E-Learning Content

Certain Programs (as identified on the relevant enrollment page, which may include Programs such as Highway Infrastructure and Highway Engineering & BIM Management) are delivered solely through live classes and do not include structured e-learning Platform content. For such Programs, the live classes themselves — and not e-learning access — constitute the core deliverable, and the following applies in place of Section 7 and Section 5 (Tiers 1–3):

  1. The Program fee for such Programs is charged for access to scheduled live classes and associated doubt-clearing support; session recordings, where made available under Section 9 (Post-Class Support & Doubt Sessions), are provided for revision purposes only and do not constitute an independent curriculum delivery channel.
  2. Refund eligibility for such Programs is determined by reference to the number of live classes conducted for the Learner’s batch, in place of the e-learning-access-based Tiers in Section 5, as follows:
    • Tier 1: Cancellation within 7 calendar days of enrollment, and before the first live class has been conducted — full refund, less any payment gateway or bank charges actually incurred.
    • Tier 2: Fewer than 8-10 hr. of the total live classes scheduled for the Program have been conducted, and the refund request is made within 15 calendar days of enrollment — 50% refund of fees paid.
    • Tier 3: Once 8-10 hr.  or more of the total scheduled live classes have been conducted, or 15 calendar days have elapsed from enrollment (whichever occurs first) — fees become non-refundable, except where StructureX fails to deliver the Program substantially as advertised.
  3. Section 5.6 (Live Class Delivery Shortfall), Section 5.4 (Program Cancellation by StructureX), and Section 5.5 (Processing of Refunds) continue to apply to such Programs in the same manner as to e-learning-based Programs.
  4. Section 8 (Attendance & Non-Attendance) and the 80% e-learning completion requirement referred to therein do not apply to such Programs; instead, the attendance thresholds specified in Section 13 (Certification) shall be measured solely by reference to live class attendance.

8. Attendance & Non-Attendance

  1. Learners unable to attend a live class are required to follow the e-learning Platform instead, and must complete at least 80% of the lessons for their Program within the course duration.
  2. Missed live sessions may be reviewed through session recordings where made available, but recorded viewing does not substitute for any attendance percentage tied to a specific certification tier (see Section 13, Certification).

9. Post-Class Support & Doubt Sessions

  1. Class recordings and associated course content may take up to 48 hours to be updated and made available on the Platform after a live session.
  2. Course content can be accessed for viewing only through the e-learning Platform and/or a designated OneDrive link; content is not made available in a downloadable format.
  3. For special or major doubt-clearing sessions, Learners are required to book an appointment; scheduling of such appointments may take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on faculty availability.

10. Class Schedule & Duration

Class schedules are typically structured over 3 to 8 weeks depending on the Program, with breaks built in as needed for Learners to complete assignments and submissions. Actual schedules for a given batch will be shared by faculty or through the Platform.

11. Course Repetition

StructureX offers a Learner up to 2 opportunities to complete a Program within 1.5 years of original enrollment, subject to seat availability in future batches of the same Program.

12. Code of Conduct & Misconduct

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow participants during live sessions, on community/WhatsApp groups, and on the Platform. StructureX reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the access of any Learner who:

  • Engages in harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward faculty or other Learners.
  • Shares login credentials or Platform access with unauthorized third parties.
  • Records, redistributes, or resells Program Content without written permission from StructureX.
  • Engages in academic dishonesty, including plagiarism in assignments or misrepresentation of project work.
  1. A Learner who misbehaves with faculty or disrupts a class will be issued two warnings; continued misconduct thereafter may result in suspension of the Learner’s course access.
  2. The Company’s Director retains the right to cancel a Learner’s enrollment for the reasons stated above.
  3. False allegations made by a Learner against StructureX, its faculty, or staff, and any other disputes arising thereof, will be pursued through appropriate legal action.

13. Certification

  • Program Completion Certificate: issued to Learners who have attended at least 50% of live classes for their Program.
  • Internship Certificate: issued to Learners who have attended at least 80% of live classes and have scored at least 70% in the online assessment on the Platform.
  • Project Experience Certificate: issued only upon submission of the assigned project.

Certificates are issued in the Learner’s name as provided at enrollment. Requests for correction after issuance may be subject to a nominal reissuance fee. StructureX certificates reflect training undertaken with StructureX and do not, by themselves, constitute a statutory license, degree, or professional accreditation unless explicitly stated for a specific Program.

14. Tools, Software & Platform Usage

  1. Learners are required to arrange their own laptop or PC to practice coursework. Where a Program involves third-party engineering software (including but not limited to ETABS, SAP2000, CSI SAFE, MIDAS Civil, STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, IDEA StatiCa), StructureX may, in some cases, suggest use of a student or trial version; Learners are responsible for procuring any valid license required, and StructureX does not supply software licenses as part of Program fees unless explicitly stated.
  2. StructureX’s ability to supply certain training services may depend on its arrangements with third-party vendors or visiting faculty, and delivery of specific tool-based modules is accordingly subject to such arrangements remaining in place.
  3. Access to the academy.structurex.live Platform is provided on a single-user, non-transferable basis for the duration specified for the Learner’s Program. StructureX is not liable for temporary Platform downtime, and will make reasonable efforts to restore access and, where a prolonged outage materially affects a Learner’s ability to complete a Program, extend access accordingly.

15. Intellectual Property

  1. All Content — including recorded lectures, presentation decks, design templates, case studies, software workflow guides, and branded material — is the intellectual property of StructureX Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright law.
  2. Content is licensed to the Learner for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, public posting, or commercial use of any Content without prior written consent from StructureX is strictly prohibited.
  3. The StructureX name, logo, and brand marks may not be used by any Learner or third party without prior written authorization.

16. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during enrollment (name, contact number, email, payment details, qualification) is used solely for Program delivery, communication (including via WhatsApp/email), certificate issuance, and internal record-keeping. StructureX does not sell Learner data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics and marketing purposes.

17. Limitation of Liability

StructureX provides training and educational guidance based on industry practice, applicable codes (such as IS, AASHTO, Eurocode), and standard software workflows. StructureX does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome as a result of completing a Program. StructureX’s total liability arising out of a Learner’s enrollment in any Program shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Learner for the relevant Program.

18. Termination

StructureX reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Learner’s access to a Program or the Platform, without refund, in cases of a breach of these Terms, including violation of the Code of Conduct or unauthorized redistribution of Content. A Learner may withdraw from a Program at any time by written notice to StructureX; such withdrawal will be subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy above.

19. Force Majeure

StructureX shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in Program delivery arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, governmental restrictions, or other events of force majeure.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in samastipur Bihar (INDIA). Parties are encouraged to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication with StructureX before pursuing formal proceedings.

21. Amendments to These Terms

StructureX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting an ongoing Program will be communicated to enrolled Learners. Continued participation in a Program after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
