Description
Advanced Executive Program in High Rise & Tall Structure
Designing a 40-storey tower is a very different job from designing a G+4 building. Wind starts to govern, lateral systems become the backbone of the design, and serviceability checks can matter as much as strength. This program is built for engineers who already know the basics and want to work confidently on high-rise and tall structure projects.
Who This Program Is For
This is an advanced, executive-level program. It is not a beginner course. It’s ideal for:
- Working structural engineers who want to move into high-rise projects
- Engineers with basic knowledge of ETABS and SAFE who want to apply them to tall buildings
- Design consultants and site engineers aiming for senior design roles
- Professionals working on projects that follow both Indian and international codes
Prerequisite: working knowledge of ETABS and SAFE, and of RCC design fundamentals.
What You Will Learn
- Structural systems for tall buildings: core walls, outriggers, frame-tube and dual systems
- Lateral load analysis for high-rise structures, covering wind and seismic loads
- Dynamic and response spectrum analysis for tall buildings
- Design to IS codes alongside ASCE provisions, for projects in India and abroad
- Serviceability checks, including drift, deflection and building behaviour under lateral loads
- Foundation design for tall structures
- Modelling, analysis and design workflows on real-world high-rise projects
Program Highlights
- Mode: Online
- Duration: 6 months
- Learning hours: 140+ hours
- Projects: 10+ live projects
- Software: 5+ industry tools
- Access: Lifetime access to recordings and material
- Support: Career assistance after completion
